If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer standard shipping nationwide and white-glove local delivery in Fresno and Central Valley. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier or, for local deliveries, upon delivery to your address.

Prescription Requirements

Some medical equipment we sell requires a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. By ordering prescription items, you confirm that:
