We specialize in the safe transit of sensitive medical technology. From small components to large imaging systems, we ensure your equipment arrives ready for professional use.
Order Processing Times
All orders undergo a technical verification period before shipment. For standard stock items, processing typically takes 1–3 business days. For specialized medical equipment requiring final diagnostic testing or custom crating, processing may take 5–7 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order has been dispatched from our facility.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We partner with major carriers (FedEx, UPS, and DHL) to provide reliable delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and final destination of your order.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days.
- Local Pickup: Available for pre-arranged orders at our California or regional facilities.
Freight & Heavy Equipment
Large-scale items—such as C-Arms, Ultrasound machines, or Hospital Beds—require specialized freight handling. These orders are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers and are professionally crated to prevent transit damage.
Liftgate Service: If your delivery location does not have a loading dock, please specify this during checkout so a liftgate-equipped truck can be scheduled.
International Shipping
OB1 Medical Equipment ships globally. Please note that international orders are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
We provide all necessary commercial invoices and customs documentation to ensure a smooth transition through international borders.
Inspection Upon Receipt
Due to the sensitive nature of medical devices, you must inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the packaging:
- Note the damage clearly on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
- Take high-resolution photographs of the exterior packaging and the equipment inside.
- Contact our logistics team at support@ob1med.com within 48 hours.
